Exclusions apply for big and bulky items
We send orders domestically within Australia for just one flat rate price, no matter how many items you order. All orders are posted with protective packaging and fully insured for any damages and lost packages. We use a several logistic networks to ensure fast and safe delivery of your order.
We can ship internationally. Please get in touch with us for a shipping quote.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To keep it fair, we ask that you cover the cost of the return postage.
We process refunds once the item has been accepted back and is in origional condition. For faulty items you have the option of receiving an exchange (where we hold more stock) or a refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Due to COVID-19, we are still seeing delays across all courier networks, including Australia Post. During this time, we ask that you allow 4+ weeks for delivery. You can always track your order online, or get in touch with us for updates.
